rhubarb pie

let the baking with rhubarb begin…and continue!

strawberries and rhubarb...mmmm.

add some egg, sugar, flour and spices and you've got yourself pie filling!

the recipe said to "dot with butter." i didn't really know what that meant so i made a few phone calls to my baking family and friends. no one answered, so i used google and improvised.
