i (used to) have this thing against baking cookies. and i still sort of do. i don’t mind making the dough, but baking them just right is challenging for me. it doesn’t help that i currently have a whacky oven. but the point of this post is that i have, unfortunately, become more fond of baking cookies. this is unfortunate because it means i eat more cookies. and drink more coffee. and run less. oops.
